Established in 2011, Rockwall Deer Processing is family owned and operated by Brian & Sandy Leath. Brian and his wife Sandy have two children & they celebrated their 25th year of marriage in December 2020. They continue to update and add-on to their meat processing facility to ensure it's the cleanest and most up-to-date game processing facility in the area & to keep up with the increase in customers. They will be opening a second processing facility in Greenville, TX starting in 2021 - 2022 deer season.
